Oliver Farrnbacher - Andacht

“The German word ‘Andacht’ means a kind of informal meditation, a silent moment during the day where you stop and consider your current situation. The word has a religious background, but it can also be used in a profane context, to step back and consider your current situation (…) For this you need a quiet place that has an atmosphere of solitude and ‘holyness’, and for me there are two such places: churches and forests.” – Oliver Farrnbacher about ‘Andacht’

Oliver Farrnbacher, born 1974, lives and works in Munich.
