Andrew Phelps’ series „Higley“ is a long time documentary about the small town Higley, a small town in Arizona. Higley became annexed by the growing urban sprawl of Phoenix.
Andrew Phelps, born 1967 in Mesa / Arizona, received a BFA at Arizona State University. He lives and Works in Salzburg since 1991.
