Hiroshi Sugimoto, born 1948 in Tokio, combines Far-Eastern traditions with aspects of Western modernism and post-modernism in his artistic approach.
His multiple series of black-and-white photographs explore the themes of time, memory, dreams and the history of representation.
The exhibition includes more than 55 photographies which will be shown in settings created by the artist himself.
